We take great care in crafting and quality-checking every product. As our products are premium ethnic wear, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products.

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Sale or discounted items

• Products damaged due to improper use or care

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Exchange requests must follow the same conditions as returns.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
